Two World Premieres! Cellist Lev Mamuya, winner of the prestigious Sphinx award in 2013, will be performing with Winsor Music.  His new work will be given its world premiere. Also featured on the program is the world premiere of an oboe quartet by Andy Waggoner, which was commissioned by Winsor Music.
