Follen Community Church is located at 755 Massachusetts Avenue in Lexington, Massachusetts, next to the East Lexington Branch Library and The Waldorf School, about 1.7 miles southeast of the center of town. It is accessible by public transportation, by taking the #62 or #76 bus from the Alewife MBTA station in Cambridge. Parking is available behind the church and across Mass. Ave. (see map). Follen Church is accessible by the handicapped.
From Boston: Take Route 2 west, and exit at Routes 4 and 225, Lexington (exit 56). Go about one mile; the church will be on the right, just after a left turn onto Massachusetts Avenue.
From the West: Take Routh 2 east, and exit at Pleasant St. Lexington (exit 55). Turn left, and go about a half mile to the intersection with Routes 4 and 225. Bear left; the church will be on the right in about a half mile, just after a left turn onto Massachusetts Avenue.
St. Paul’s Episcopal Church is located at 15 St. Paul Street in Brookline, Massachusetts, at the corner of Aspinwall Ave. It is accessible by public transportation, by taking the Riverside (D) Train to the Longwood stop, then walking west on Longwood Ave., then left on St. Paul Street. St. Paul’s Church is accessible by the handicapped.
From Lexington: Take Route 2 east to Memorial Drive in Cambridge. Exit Memorial Drive at the BU Bridge, just after Micro Center. Cross the bridge and go right on Commonwealth Avenue. The first available left turn is St. Paul Street.
VISITING NURSE ASSISTED LIVING COMMUNITY

The Visiting Nurse Assisted Living Community is located at 259 Lowell St. in Somerville, MA, halfway between Broadway and Highland Avenue, roughly a mile from Davis Square.
It can be accessed by public transportation by taking the Red Line to Davis Square and taking the #90 bus towards Wellington, getting off at the Highland Ave @ Lowell St stop.
From the west: Take Route 2 into Cambridge/Alewife, turn left on Rindge Ave, right onto Massachusetts Ave, and then a quick left onto Russell St. (one-way). Turn right onto Highland Ave and then left onto Lowell St. The VNA will be on the right, just before the train tracks.
From Boston: Take Route 28 north, take a slight left onto Highland Ave. Turn right onto Lowell St. The VNA will be on the right, just before the train tracks.
